The double room I requested here was spacious, basic, and had a nice bathtub.

Friendly, helpful, but not too much, personal, so you still have your space. Internet connnection is good (essentia nowdays). Breakfast was also enjoyable.

This hotel is located in real downtown, and so very convenient for shopping. Breakfact itself was nice, and restaurant staffs are so kind. Room was kept clean.

Wihi Signal was weak.

The hotel is in a fantastic position for exploring the city and finding delicious local food. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to give recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The swimming pool and the breakfast were highlights, with fresh and tasty options available. It was very clean with a comfortable bed which ensured we had a good night's sleep.

The bathroom layout needed a little work. The high bathtub, difficult to get into and out of, could be a safety hazard especially for those with mobility issues.

Services are perfect. Specially the trainee employes are very helpful. They try to help us as much as they can help

Staff at Travel Desk provided wrong information. Poor cleanliness of room. Carpets need replacement. Poor illumination in bathroom. It is possible that the room assigned was not the "Signature Superior" category.

Had a fantastic, clean room with a balcony. the breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of tasty options. the staff was super helpful from the moment we walked in - they really made us feel at home. 🌟

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of district 1. The breakfast was pretty good and substantial.

The manager at reception when i checked in was extremely rude and left a very bad first impression. However i was there 10days and the other managers/ trainees at reception and the staff generally were very nice and helpful (very Vietnamese!). There was constant noise from the renovations going on on the higher floors. The design of the rooms in the wing on the left is awful. No natural light and all the rooms face into a very depressing looking courtyard. I was in room # 201 and had a window facing into the corridor. The "superior" rooms are also very small compared to other hotels right round the corner from this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near several attractions and within walking distance from many sights. Guests praised some aspects of the room, including the size, nice decor and comfortable beds. the hotel's breakfast received mostly positive reviews for its variety and quality.

Some guests had issues with the pool, gym equipment, and staff friendliness. Some mentioned construction noise and elevator waiting times.

One side of the hotel is extremely damp, with bad smell. I asked for a different room, and eventually got changed into a better room.

The cleaning staff was honest I left my portable hard drive in the safe and was notify by the cleaning staff at check out

We had a great stay at a centrally located upscale hotel. The best aspects were the clean and comfortable facilities, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location for visiting tourist attractions in this city.

it's an upscale hotel with big breakfast, the location is favourable right next to the market. this venue is ideally located 1 mile away from a large marketplace.
